We were about to close on our house, and had a short one week window before our furniture arrived. Our real estate agent quickly introduced us and Bernardo was on the job immediately to scope out and get a quote, and then was able to get the work done in our small window of opportunity. He was there everyday and contacted us regularly if any questions, sent pictures of updates along the way and agreed to additional scope. He was very reasonable and no surprises to deal with. It was a truly a pleasure to work with him and will be calling him again soon to assist us. He does quality work and very responsive and professional. Highly recommend.
