Fixed on a budget. Replaced valve, patched tile. Added access panel to avoid future problems.

Scary basement. Fun fact. In Wisconsin the water comes out of tap real cold. Enough in humid climate the pipes sweat. Enough to where I though there was a leak. Redid the joint 2x before I realized what was happening.

Removed scary shower, well system and replaced water heater. Added power for a sump pump for another companies new floor drain system.

Water softener with prefilter and bypass valves. Recycled 1in. Copper pipes though from old setup.
