• Convenient access to the light rail for both residents & visitors
La Victoria Commons is the result of a partnership between the City of Tempe, Copa Health, Newtown Community Development Corporation, Tempe Coalition for Affordable Housing, and the City’s Hometown for All initiative. The project serves low to middle income families.

We are honored to partner with Sun Valley Community Church once again and are excited to see this project come to life and the positive impact it will have on the community!

This vibrant new campus that includes a 622-seat worship space, youth classrooms, and administrative spaces, complemented by outdoor plazas that encourage connection and community.

What an honor and a joy to decorate Themed Christmas Trees for children spending Christmas in the hospital. From Harry Potter to race cars to Taylor Swift, we hope these trees bring happiness and smiles to so many kids. Thank you to Helping Hands and Transact Interiors for putting together such an amazing event for these kids —you truly knocked it out of the park!

Drive. Heart. Dedication. At such a young age.

Meet Elijah! An 11-year-old young man in Prescott Valley, AZ. Elijah’s passion for construction shone through as he frequently drove past our Legado Apartments project as it is under construction. Watching the framing go up inspired him to create his own model, bringing the project to life in his own creative way! Standing approximately 5 feet tall in his living room and crafted from popsicle sticks, glue, and paint; it’s an impressive creation!

Exciting news! On Friday, September 26th, we celebrated the groundbreaking of Townhomes at Earley in Casa Grande, AZ.
This new community will bring 278 build-to-rent townhomes to the area, offering modern living spaces and amenities that support growth, connection, and affordability in Casa Grande.
