Stretched(?) pebble Barnes Conglomerate float (puddingstone) exposed in a drainage on the northeast slopes of the Santa Catalina Mountains, Tucson, Arizona. There is a hint here, too, of imbrication of clasts; shingling of a deposit of flattened or disk-shaped pebbles or cobbles. The Barnes Conglomerate is from the Dripping Springs Formation of the Middle Proterozoic Apache Group.
