Casita remodel we did out in Phoenix Arizona. We closed off the car garage, raised the concrete floor to match the other side of casita. Framed rooms according to plans. Added all windows according to plan. Built in attic access ladder in closet. Ran new plumbing for a full functioning bathroom & kitchen. added electrical components where desired. Added ac unit. Added Rinnai water heater. Made shelving in closets, bath and kitchen areas. Finished out with a tile backsplash on top of white quartz countertops. GORGEOUS outcome and another very pleased customer!😁
