One of my favorite parts about living in Arizona is being close enough to places like Moab.

The desert, the mountains, the open space — there’s just something different about the Southwest. Hard to beat getting out and seeing views like this in person. 🌵🏜️

Working on a bathroom up in the New River / Desert Hills area.

Moved some walls, redid all the plumbing and electrical, and changing the layout.
Kitchen’s getting moved to new location on the other side of new bathroom wall.

This one was a bathroom in Lawrence Welk Village in Escondido. This was one of the most challenging bathroom I’ve done. Manufactured home. Little to no room under the house for moving plumbing and floor joist construction that I’ve never seen before. Attic space is a whole other subject. I lost my help the first week and had to tackle this one by myself. I finally got some help at the end, which I was really grateful for.
