I have often times came to the realization that I take away people's nightmare experiences and make there situation be at peace.

1-The window seals were over filled with caulking.
2-The caulking was used with tape to give a flat surface appearance.
3-The results were bad needless to say.

Now I take the time to analyze the circumstances that I am given.

1- Scrape/remove caulking
2- Use hot mud to smooth out edges and overfill near gap on the sliding doors.
3- sand/paint and apply a clean sharp tape line with caulking followed up with paint to ensure a crisp line.

This was a massive color change, which took three coats of paint in a satin sheen.
