We're honored to share that the City of Glendale Downtown Campus Reinvestment Project has been selected as one of ENR Southwest's three finalists for Project of the Year.
This recognition celebrates far more than a building. It reflects a shared commitment to reinvesting in the heart of Glendale through collaboration, trust, and a belief that existing civic places are worth preserving and transforming.
From the very beginning, this project challenged every member of the team to think differently. Together with Holly Street Studio, the City of Glendale, Okland Construction, an outstanding consultant team, and countless City staff members, we worked to reimagine an aging campus into a connected civic destination that serves both employees and the community for generations to come.
We're grateful to ENR Southwest for this recognition and proud to stand alongside such exceptional projects. Most of all, we're thankful for the people whose partnership, creativity, and dedication made this work possible.
