🏗️ Project Spotlight: A Complete Tri-Temp Build-Out in the Phoenix Valley

A tri-temp build-out — two walk-in coolers plus a walk-in freezer — is one of the most demanding projects in commercial refrigeration. Three independent systems, each with its own condenser and temperature controls, designed and installed side by side in a single footprint. Different temperature zones, different load calculations, different refrigeration requirements — engineered to operate independently so a single failure never takes down the whole operation.

Here's how we delivered this one, from the first delivery to the final compressor start-up:
