Big shoutout to Nick @ Legend Brands for stopping by the Vizcom office and dropping some valuable knowledge on the proper operation of the Beast APEX 570 for water extraction, carpet cleaning, and other restoration applications.
One of the biggest takeaways was the importance of properly shutting the machine down by draining the hot water before powering it off. Skipping this critical step can lead to costly equipment damage and unnecessary downtime.
