Brewer Commercial Services, a leader in Commercial plumbing, is seeking highly motivated individuals for our Commercial Construction Plumber positions

Position Requirements:

Fully skilled in all aspects of commercial plumbing construction including:

Blueprint reading and comprehension.
Tenant Improvement (TI) work on existing commercial buildings.
Plumbing construction for new commercial buildings.
Major re-pipe and renovation skills.
Tilt-Ups new construction.
Pipe removal, repair, fitting, and all aspects of pipework.
Boiler removal and replacement.
Ability to problem-solve when solutions to difficult problems are not readily apparent.
Communicate directly and effectively with customers on commercial applications.
Communication skills to comfortably deal with all types of customers under sometimes difficult situations.
Ability to fully explain work in progress and completion timeframes.
Manage a job site and work in progress.
Track and stock inventory of parts.
Complete accurate billing and invoicing.
This Position Also Requires:

Demonstrated success with a company completing tasks on time and meeting deadlines.
Attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of effective commercial plumbing practices.
A customer Construction focus, both for internal and external customers.
Effective verbal communication skills.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) and/or Dispatcher

Our Plumbing CSR position is part of The Brewer Companies; providing commercial and residential plumbing services to new construction, commercial and residential customers. We have full-service locations in the Phoenix and Tucson areas and planned expansion in many areas of the Southwest. Brewer Companies have been serving the southwest for over 25 years, with thousands of enthusiastic customers in all of our Companies.

Brewer Commercial Services and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking highly-skilled Customer Service Representatives for positions in the Phoenix area. This position requires 2+ years of related experience. Plumbing Call Center skills are NOT REQUIRED but are preferred.

Position Requirements Include:

• Applicants must live in the central, west, or north Phoenix areas. Applicants for this position must be from these geographic areas.

• Calling customers, phone sales, lead generation, customer problem solving, and general customer skills are required. This skill set is required to send technicians to appointments, follow up on work completed, complete invoicing/billing, etc.

• Ability to multi-task while meeting demands and time commitments.

• Exceptional customer serviceability -- with a demonstrated track record and current examples of customers that are "raving fans" of your service.

• Communicate effectively with internal team members and customers.

• Ability to learn new terms, information, and processes quickly.

• Computer skills in a customer service type of computer system (we will train you on specifics).

• Complete quality work in a timely manner.

• Have past success with a company completing tasks on time and meeting deadlines.

• Deliver attention to detail on every job -- large or small.

• Show up at your best every day... With a professional appearance and attitude.

Additional Requirements Include:

• Ability to work overtime and weekend as needed.
