Our Story

Holbrook Asphalt is frequently called upon to provide education at industry events to engineering professionals managing pavement assets. We specialize in providing each client with the maximum extension of pavement life for every dollar spent. This means we only recommend our own products when it will be best option considering the entire situation. Founded in 1999, Holbrook Asphalt is recognized for driving advancements in pavement preservation. Most notable is the introduction of HA5 which is the first product meeting the rigid specifications of a High Density Mineral Bond. The use of a High Density Mineral Bond is arguably the fastest growing trend in pavement preservation, now it use by over 135 public agencies. It has an ROI that is unmatched, with customers spending pennies early in a pavement's life verses dollars to rehabilitate or reconstruct later. After 7 years of field testing, the product addressed a pain point municipalities have where they formerly only had messy chip seals and slurry seals as an option that are not well received by the public.

Unlike the general assumption when you hear our name, we are not an “asphalt paving company.” More accurately, we are an asset preservation technology company.
