Spraying Break-Through on exterior vinyl window frames. HOA requires DEC 756 Weathered Brown. The AZ sun is very damaging. The new windows they wanted white on the inside and exterior side had to be painted. Not sure of the year they were installed and painted. Time for a fresh coat.

After failing paint on slump block has been pressure washed and any loose paint scrapped off the next step is applying a good bonding primer and forcing it into all crevasses. The smaller diameter roller is perfect for the task!
