I am looking to hire someone part time in our accounting department. I’m looking for someone to work about 25 hours per week. This would be the perfect role for someone that has QuickBooks experience and also needs the flexibility to get kids to and from school.

The ideal team member would have experience with accounting, reconciliations, knowledge of QuickBooks desktop, is persistent and detail oriented.

As we grow and the volume of customers we serve expands we need someone that can handle managing progress payments with respect and grace, I do not want a grouchy collection agent, haha, but I do need someone that is persistent and professional.
