Do you know that the majority of people walking into an open house cannot mentally visualize the potential of a space?
Meaning⌠if the pantry is overflowing, the closets are packed, or thereâs visual clutter everywhere, Theyâre thinking, âThis house doesnât have enough space.â
You would be shocked at how many open houses I walk through where closets are stuffed, pantries feel chaotic, and storage spaces are working against the sale.
A beautifully staged living room is great⌠but if the hidden spaces feel disorganized, buyers notice.
If you want buyers to picture themselves living there, every space needs to feel functional, spacious, and easy to maintain.
