Sal's Painting is searching for individuals to join our team who posses expertise in residential painting including the use of airless spray machines, prepping, brush and roll. The company provides necessary tools for the job.

As a painter you will be required to
• Be available to work 8 hours, Monday through Friday.
• Have knowledge of paint products, where/how to apply them.
• Be able and willing to do all phases of prep work.
• Be productive and offer quality work.
• Be able & willing to clean all small tools and equipment daily.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Able to learn new techniques.
• Be punctual with reliable transportation.
• Have a smart phone with reliable connection.

The majority of our current work is in new construction which makes it all the more important for preppers to have great skills caulking and puttying. We need individuals who have experience in new construction and can adapt to a fast-paced working environment efficiently and effectively. All applicants with painting experience must have knowledge of paint products: where/how to apply them, have experience using the various tools of a painter's trade.

All applicants MUST have cell phone, be punctual with reliable transportation, motivated and willing to work on weekends if/when needed, clean and neat both in appearance and in their work. Applicants have to provide at least complete three (3) references and proper documentation for EVerify.
