A complete gutter.
Removed everything toliet, tub and sink
Installed all new vanity and mirrors , new toilet, new tub. All new fixtures and lights. Installed new ceiling fan in master bedroom

Removed old stand up shower and tub. Floor repair and wall repairs . Installed new tile shower flooring, molding and new paint. Installed new toilet and hardware. New fixtures and light. Hope everyone likes it as much as they do . Please give us a call for all you Remoldeling needs

This is a small 4 foot x 4 foot pool entrance with steps . Double supports . 4 x 4’s cemented for stability.
2 x 10 band and center supports
Double outer band with 4 inch inter band support

Just a small painting job
Scraped and removed pealing paint and sanded a few areas to smooth things out . Applied two coats of Sherman Williams exterior white
Derick was a great customer to work for and even bought lunch for the crew from Cooter Browns ( outstanding Rids )

Miss McDermott was an outstanding customer and a pleasure do work for .we look forward to doing work on her home in the near future.

Created two new counseling room. Installed three doors . Hide the ugly metal duct work running through half her offices. Then finish off with new baseboards and a fresh coat of paint

Just as a curiosity to any and all potential customers . I have been contacted on several different occasions about conducting work for clients . Please remember I’m a general contractor not a Handyman with a $50.00 license that decides one day I want to work on projects around your house .
Morgan & Associates has been around for more than 30 years . There is a waiting list and we don’t shortcut clients to hurry to the next job like most will . You have to get on the books ahead of time for your future projects . So if you’re considering having work done in the near future you should go ahead and get scheduled .
