Good morning. We've been busy with our latest small house flip. We believe everyone deserves a solid roof over their heads, a safe haven from the world. Our contractors are busy, but seem to find time for us. They are amazing! Well everyone -- Have a blessed week.

Yesterday we sold our 1st flip. Kind of sad for us, like when your first child leaves the nest. When we flipped it, we had in mind a young family. We wanted a home that they would not have to worry about anything except maybe to change a wall color. Being a single parent, I know how important it is to have a home that is worry free. Our flip found the perfect family. May God Bless them and keep them always.

We started this business because we wanted to make a difference for families. Families who need good solid homes to feel safe and secure in with no worries about what's going to break next. Homes they can afford. Homes to build memories in. Homes for families. It's slow going because we both work full time, so it's work in the evenings and weekends. We love finding homes that need some TLC and breathing new life back into them. We see the value in the "old broken" things.
