Here’s a recent refinish we completed in this 1950’s era remodel. There was some serious abuse and pet damage to the existing floor. Budgets don’t always allow for replacement. So we sanded, stained in .us Driftwood. We have found that this particular stain helps blend old existing pet stains better than any other color. It was then top coated in .us Clear seal, and Traffic Go in satin. Awesome results. New life and affordable upgrade to this existing white oak floor.

Here is a recent set of stair retreads we completed for a repeat customer in this Dublin home. We installed new white oak retreads finished in Invisicoat to complement their existing LVP we installed years ago. They also added new white oak rails and spindles, and painted all the existing woodwork white. Beautiful new stairway!

This was another recent project that was NOT your typical install. This was a home from @1900 that had water damage to its existing heart pine floors. Portions had been removed during remediation as well as all cabinets. We removed the existing wood that was the finished floor and subfloor. Installed new 2 1/4” heart pine directly over the joists. This floor will be finished after the remodel of the kitchen is complete.

Here is another project we recently completed in this cool 1950’s Upper Arlington split level home. We added almost 100 sq ft “walkway” off existing to the kitchen to eliminate traffic patterns on carpet. The rest we refinished the existing white oak and two half eats of steps. The floor was finished in .us Clear Seal and topped off with Traffic Go in satin. New life to some old floors!

Final coat Friday! Haven’t posted updates in awhile. Mainly because we’ve been very busy, and life even busier. Here is a big renovation we completed today in this beautiful Dublin home. We removed approx 1500 sq ft of existing tile and carpet, installed new raw 4” solid white oak, inset vents and floor outlets, sanded and stained in .us Special Walnut, topped off with Clear Seal, and Traffic Go in Satin. Beautiful new floor for these amazing customers!

Wrapped up another refinish this week, about 1800 sq ft in this Carrol home. We sanded off the nearly 20 year old oil finish, stained in .us golden oak, topped off with Bona clear seal, and Traffic Go in satin. Beautiful results in this amazing home in the country.

Here we refinished some old existing oak floors, finished in .us dri fast stain in Cocoa, topped with Clear Seal, and Traffic Go. Third time working for this great repeat customer in Upper Arlington. Now they have beautiful uniform hardwood floors throughout the entire house.

Recent prefinished install we completed. Installed roughly 800 sq ft of red oak natural in 2 1/4” x 3/4”. We removed the existing outdated tile in the raised entry and installed wood there as well to unify the space.

Just completed a refinish in this awesome Marysville home remodel. I absolutely love Hickory floors. This is nearly 2500 sq ft of 9” wide hickory, new and existing,that we sanded, finished in .us Clear Seal, topped of in Bona Traffic Go to bring back the woods beauty, and showcase its light and bright natural color. Amazing floor!

Wrapped another project in this Grandview home last week. This is some 101 year old original 1 1/2” x 3/4” white oak, that’s also the subfloor! These aren’t my favorite ones to repair, but on this one we had a lot of old vents and outlets to repair. We then Sanded everything, stained in Bona Golden oak, finished in Game Time Hybild sealer, topped off with their Phoenix finish. New life given back to this old floor and very happy customers!

Wrapped up a nice little install, sand and finish in the early 50’s Upper Arlington home. We removed the existing carpet and badly installed wood in kitchen, patched the new cold air return and some damaged sections, installed new in kitchen to match existing. This white oak floor was finished in .us Early American, topped off with Clear seal, and Traffic Go in satin. New life given to another old floor!
