Known for her red hat and pointy toed shoes, Pinson is a media personality in Eastern Kentucky and West Virginia promoting home cooking, Appalachian foodways, and raising awareness of heirloom vegetables and heritage breed livestock.. The farm has recently expanded to include flower production and a pumpkin patch.
