Recent deck project wrapped up and ready to enjoy! 🔨☀️

This one completely transformed the backyard into a clean, functional space perfect for summer nights, grilling, and family time. From the framing to the final details, we focused on building something solid, sharp, and built to last.

Nothing beats seeing a project come together and giving homeowners a space they’ll actually use every day.

Our second finished basement in Putnam Meadows is officially complete!

Another space transformed into something functional, comfortable, and built to last.

This was going to be a simple bedroom remodel…

Then I found 5 gallons of sand under the subfloor and had to play exterminator 😬

Ended up turning into a full rebuild:
✔️ Reframed subfloor & walls
✔️ Added a closet
✔️ New insulation, drywall, and car siding
✔️ Prime & paint
✔️ Self-leveled floor
✔️ Brand new flooring

Now it’s a completely different room.

Remodels always have surprises… but this one was worth it.

Dark green + white done right. We completed all doors, trim, baseboard, ceilings, and walls on this home in Hampton Ridge, Howell, MI — and the finished product speaks for itself.
