This may be a tad bit early but As the end of the year approaches, I’d like to thank everyone for the great support of choosing small local busniess. Going on our 9th year, one of our best years yet, I wouldn’t have been able to do it without our local community support and great friends I’ve made from this venture. Good afternoon, with winter approaching, things to consider to replace are doors and windows to conserve on heat and energy usage. On older units of windows and doors they can cause a draft and allow the cold air in and hot blow outside. This can cause multiple issues as one your expense on heating whether that’s oil, electric, propane because you have to use more energy to now heat your home. Also it can cause pre mature ware on your heating equipment because it has to work harder and longer to keep heat in your home. Customer asked if I would be able to transform this space from an unfinished space to a comfortable space for an office. Of course we can. Insulated, framed for two windows, drywall, paint flooring and lighting. This space is looking great! Customer wants to stain the wood but they are waiting till the deck is done to match. Beautiful bathroom renovation. Customer had called and complained that the bathroom was too tight feeling as the toilet was very close to sink and tub. To fix that we installed a corner toliet and smaller sink. We also installed heated floors under the tile so it will never feel cold when you are done in your shower. 👍
