Small tile and door repair,was supposed to replace the door but client bought wrong size and wanted it done asap so I just patched up for him as per his request.Cut out broken tiles,applied bonding agent then laid new tile down and grouted.Also scraped off all the old glue and silicone stuck to the old tile, job looks great another satisfied customer

Exterior repaint began by caulking new window trim patching and sealing,also painted front porch area along with front steps and porch ceiling,place looks great customer satisfied and that’s what counts for us!

Before and after interior painting also caulked all baseboards and door jams and trim,also caulked in the cabinets and ac vents etc..sanded all the walls where needed and patched holes painted the ceilings as well and finishing up backsplash in kitchen place looks great as always

Removed old sump pump replaced it with new stronger pump replaced pvc and added ball valve and mechanical vent so that no smell or toxins flow into the air from pump replaced basin cover with all new gaskets and seal tape and new hardware

Painted this screen’d in porch started off by scrapping off all loose paints then went on to applying paint stripper to all the stubborn left over areas scraped off all the left over paint then cleaned all areas to get ready for paint.we then began painting with a DTM along with primer gave 3 coats and here are the results 👍🏼

Removed window trim and multiple pieces of soffit and facia due to termite damage,Then replaced with all new wood,caulked,sealed and painted found where the termites had made a nest in the soffits and all that was removed and replaced so no more termite problems for our customer he had an inspection the next day and everything passed inspection perfectly

Island Addition update;
Built the frame with 1x4 and 1x2 then added brackets and made some corner jams for extra durability made sure every part was reinforced and built to withstand and hold up well for many years to come I then applied wood Bondo to all joints and seems and sanded them so everything look flush and clean,I then mounted the countertop also bondo’ed the edges and rounded off edges with sander for a better look after epoxy is applied! Will apply epoxy tomorrow and then everything w I’ll be complete and that’s the last step can’t wait till everything is done and I’m able to post the finished results God bless you all and

Update on cabinets; finished all repairs,sanding,primer and paint then applied sealant throughout all cabinets and doors and shelves,cut out all new shelves as the original shelves were all damaged also replaced wood above the microwave as it was about to collapse from water damage,added new k***s to all cabinet doors had to modify them to get them to line up as previous k***s were smaller,installed new sink and modified the plumbing as new sink has one hole and previous sink has two holes and installed garbage disposal to the now one hole sink.Now just waiting for supplies to add a table to the island and new countertop and then on to epoxying existing countertops to match island all in all we’re all very happy with results it’s been a lot of work for many reasons but we got it done and we got it done right! and that’s what matter here!! and as always thanks for looking at our work God bless and we’re here if you need us no job to big or small give us a call or text or you can reach out through FB have good one

Update on cabinets;
Sanded all the cabinets and drawers,caulked all joints and cut out all new shelves from scratch gave them 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint,repaired all areas with wood rot ,now on to adding new k***s and handles to cabinet drawers and doors then replacing kitchen sink/plumbing and faucet to the new kitchen sink and then to the Addition to the island and finally epoxy the countertops,should be done here soon
