I am looking for a special floor that Duane can do as his final floor. That's right, Duane will be doing one final floor and will be retiring on this, his 60th year in business.

As many know, I have taken the business over, and my husband sands the floors. However Duane wants to get one last floor in so he can feel complete in sanding floors for a full 60 years.

This should be a small one level floor in the City of Elmira.

If you have a floor that fits, message me. Maybe you can be his final job and have some bragging rights of your own. ;)
