Quick before and after video! A ton of work went into this one….. the amount of prep work we had to do was unbelievable! Sub floors were messed up big time! We installed another layer of plywood on top of the subfloor and had to do a huge amount of leveling and skim coat to even get it good enough to install the new flooring.

This is just a glimpse of what we’ve been doing the last 8 weeks!! Condo in PCB. It’s been challenging with all the prep work that was involved. Floors were awful. More pics to come in a couple days

This is a nightmare!! Know who you’re hiring. I use 100% waterproofing products. Make sure this doesn’t happen to you. Pay more in the beginning to save more in the end.
