AV Home Services completed a job on a balcony recently. It all started with just a little flashing needing to be replaced and grew as we got further into the job. The water was pooling by the door and had seeped through the loose tiles, causing water damage to the door frame, flooring, flashing beneath the threshold and tiles, as well as the balcony subflooring. The flashing around the balcony was installed improperly as well and was rusted through and falling off. We replaced a portion of the door frame, door casing, and subflooring, replaced the door trim, removed the tiles and replaced the flashing around the door and the edge of the balcony, addressed some wood rot on the fascia and siding, then tiled and grouted the entire balcony.

AV Home Services had been getting customers ready for the summer fun by improving their outdoor spaces! Below is a deck replacement we did recently. We tore out a 30-year-old deck and replaced it with a beautiful new red deck, two sets of stairs, and some handrails, then gave everything a fresh coat of paint, including the existing concrete patio.
