A lot of my friends and family are realtors and I know a ton of agents personally. I have had more of you reach out recently than I can count asking me to price out inspection reports.
And I have said no more times than I want to admit.
Not because I do not want to help but because spending hours pricing multiple trades across a full inspection report for free, knowing it is usually just for negotiations, is not something any contractor can sustain.
