After a very long Day 2 of this Patio/Fire Pit build I am closing in on the finish line. I decided to removed the fire pit this morning to bring in some more dirt to get it packed in a little better after I have that completed I was able to get 76 pavers installed. Now I will be able to finish this patio and get it trimmed out so I can rebuild the fire pit again. And if everything goes as planned after 3 very long days this project will be complete!!!

Today we started a new Fire/Patio project but being it’s Thanksgiving it was a short work day. So I work straight though and was able to get the base of the pit buried and secured then I leveled the foundation and packed it and that left just enough time to set my string line for tomorrow and start a dry layout so I can make sure all my cuts match up perfectly. Now tomorrow I will start setting everything in place and will have it ready for a nice warm fire by tomorrow night!!!

It’s a honor anytime I can help our Armed Force’s and I will always help anyway I can because my family is very great full for everything they’ve willing sacrificed to keep my family Free and Safe!!! So I received a call yesterday from this incredible family that needed their fence line cleaned up before Monday because they had someone coming to take pictures so they could list their property. So we immediately pushed back our other jobs and went today and got them taken care of. Thank you and your family for your service and I pray your home sells quickly!!! I hope y’all have a safe and happy Thanksgiving and a very Merry Christmas!

Even though it was freezing we still had a job to do so we headed up to Hugo to cleanup a property so the inspector’s could gain access to it to survey the damages. It’s been neglected for a long time being I had to cut a lot of it with a chainsaw and the back yard was over 6ft tall so to be able to get any Before pictures I had to stand on top of my mower! If your like most people since the time changed and it’s already getting dark before you can even make it home from work in the afternoon’s it really throw’s the entire family’s routines/schedules off and with that added stress and frustration finding the time to rake them aggravating leaf’s is definitely not top priority. After a ton of hard work including a complete property cleanup, removal and replacement on the plant beds and borders as well as pressure washing we were able to give this property it’s incredible curb appeal once again! Luckily we could see right through the temporary overgrowth that was currently there and seen the incredible potential that was hiding right in plain sight.I always hate seeing anyone but especially our Active Duty Marines sacrifice so much to be able to become homeowners but when duty calls them to be stationed across the country they end up getting lazy ungrateful tenants that completely disrespects these homeowners time and their money invested into their property by not taking care of tge property and allows everything to grow up. But Dana Thompson, Realtor with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage made the right choice when she decided to call us and now that we gave this property the TLC it needed it’s completely refreshed and it now has that eye catching curb appeal that just pops out at you and I can’t wait to see how incredible it looks when it hits the market for some very lucky person to own.
