Removal of a crab apple tree in a driveway in Piscataway

Removing a leaning white pine that’s drifting toward the house.
When pines begin to lean, it’s usually from root instability, soil saturation, or internal trunk weakness. Unlike smaller ornamentals, a mature white pine has a shallow root system and can fail suddenly under wind or heavy rain. The weight is pushed toward the structure, which is why controlled removal is safer than waiting.
