These old porch steps were in need of some love. Upon initial inspection, there was wood warping and at various stages of rotting. One tread came off in my hands!
I was able to carefully remove and rebuild the old steps while preserving the historic style railings. Saving lots of time and money for the customer.

Selling your home? It is likely you will need something done at the last minute. This home needed a new railing installed. The old wooden one was rotted and removed years ago. I repaired the damaged concrete and installed the new railing.

Gutter clean out and deck repair. The downspout was fully blocked by this crazy-faced wiffle ball and lots of regular yard debris. I found him a new home where he will not be causing harm to any more decks.
If you see something that doesn't look right with your gutters while it is raining, do not wait, have it looked at before it gets worse.

There was some areas with significant rot issues (water and carpenter bee damage) as well as older peeling paint. The deck is now refreshed and ready to be enjoyed again.
