This was a fun, no wait, challenging job to take on but we did it. Three week whole house interior painting, new, antique heart pine flooring in 4 out of 6 downstairs rooms, three new door units with transoms and extensive damage to beams and sub flooring in the old and the new sections of the house which is 120 years old +/-. All in three weeks, with one or two bugs to work out still but pretty darn good if I don't say so.

This bathroom had some cracked tiles in the shower stall that has let to the remodel of this bathroom.

Custom Cedar Trellis with Pergola. Cedar is a great building material! Bug resistant, rot resistant, and maintenance free. It can be worked with without it being kiln dried as well. I have two friends who mill this wood near by for a price comparable to pressure treated lumber.
