As many of us know, getting your deck through City Zoning and Permits, Licenses, & Inspections can take time. If it has to do with a project in a historical area there's the Historical Review Board. If it has to do with parking pads, carports, or a driveway feature you have to get it through the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure. These requirements eat at a calendar like a great white shark on a school of halibut. Or we can begin your planning phase now, when the weather is getting ready to keep us inside. Start your project now....so when it's time to actually build it in the spring, we can.
