This project completely changed the feel of the space with a clean, modern focal point built from the ground up.

✔️ Framed and finished a custom fireplace surround
✔️ Relocated electrical for a new electric fireplace install
✔️ Added a new outlet and wiring for the wall-mounted TV
✔️ Built a custom oak mantle stained to perfectly match the existing hardwood floors
✔️ Finished the surround in a Venetian plaster texture using Iron Ore by Sherwin-Williams for a bold, high-end look

This recent set of bathroom projects was all about transforming builder-grade spaces into something custom and functional for the homeowners.

🚿 Bathroom #1 Transformation
I converted the existing tub into a full walk-in shower with:
▫️ All new plumbing for the tub-to-shower conversion
▫️ New shower surround installation
▫️ Updated shower fixtures
▫️ Custom vertical paneling with top rail detail
▫️ New overhead shower light with vent fan
▫️ New flooring and baseboard install
▫️ Updated mirror & light fixture install

The result is a clean, bright space with a timeless feel and tons of texture.

🛁 Bathroom #2 Refresh
For this powder room makeover, I was able to assist in adding some character and dimension:
▫️ Installed chair rail molding
▫️ Custom picture frame molding
▫️ Crown molding installation
▫️ New vanity and light fixture install

The bold, beautiful wallpaper done by paired with the trim details completely changed the feel of the room and gave it a high-end custom look.

From awkward layout to a clean, custom flow.

This kitchen had a bulky corner cabinet that threw everything off… so we ripped it out and started fresh.
✔️ Centered the stove for a more balanced layout
✔️ Added new cabinetry for better function + symmetry
✔️ Built a custom range hood to create a true focal point
✔️ Enclosed the fridge with a new above-fridge cabinet + end panel for a built-in look

Now everything feels intentional, streamlined, and way more high-end without a full gut renovation.

Builder grade ➡️ custom look 🔥

This kitchen already had a solid foundation with the cabinets and countertops, but it was missing that one detail that really pulls everything together.

We installed this glossy arabesque backsplash to add texture, depth, and a little bit of elegance to the space. The subtle pattern catches the under-cabinet lighting perfectly and gives the whole kitchen a much more finished, high-end feel.

Sometimes the biggest transformation doesn’t require tearing everything out — just the right upgrade in the right place.

Clean lines, tight cuts, and a color-matched grout to keep the look seamless 👌

✔️ Updated to a lighter, more modern color
✔️ Color-matched grout for a seamless, high-end finish
✔️ Brand new shoe moulding installed wall-to-wall to cleanly frame the space
✔️ Same flooring continued into the laundry area (not pictured) while maintaining full drain access

This upgrade instantly brightened the entry and tied multiple spaces together without a full demo. Functional, durable, and beautiful.

Update complete! I transformed this bathroom by swapping the freestanding tub for a functional tub/shower combo, complete with all new plumbing and beautiful one piece modern niche to compliment the off white tile used. Updated the tile floor and finished it off with crisp new trim, a fresh coat of Sherwin Williams Shoji White, and an arched mirror that instantly elevates the space. Simple, timeless, and so much more practical.

Gave this basement a little upgrade — swapped out the two lower cabinets and floating shelves for a full-size cabinet on the right and an upper one on the left to make room for all the kids’ art and craft supplies. Wrapped it up with a shiplap fireplace makeover and some 5” crown to finish it off 👌🔥

Two big changes in one house! I stripped the entryway flooring to the studs and merged it with the kitchen, installing stunning black and white 2x2 tiles. Added a decorative touch with picture frame moulding above the chair rail. Next up, the laundry room got a plumbing overhaul, relocating the washer and dryer. I added practical cabinets for laundry storage, a pull-out trash bin, and a new utility sink. Plus, a craft center with printer storage was born! Swipe to see before.
