Meet Our Vice Chair –

We’re excited to introduce Jordan Luther as our Vice Chair this year! Jordan, is the current AIAS for the year 2024-25.

Jordan's Reason to Engage in YAF:
"YAF is a community that empowers the next generation of leaders. My first engagement with the PGH YAF was during graduate school as a part of AIAS CMU. Every YAF member I met went out of their way to make me feel included and ensured I got the support I needed as an emerging professional. The conversations we had and the events they hosted helped me and several others to navigate what was to me at the time an unknown and somewhat daunting professional landscape leading up to graduation.

It quickly became very clear that YAF is a community that cares and works to provide access to mentorship on all levels. Now as Vice Chair, it is my goal to have a positive impact on someone else, just as so many have done for me!"

We’d also love to hear how YAF has impacted your journey as an emerging professional—share your story in the comments!
