ZIK Homes is a design and remodeling company based in Pittsburgh. We buy, renovate, and flip single-family homes—and we also work directly with homeowners on remodeling projects. We're building a tight 3-person crew to handle full gut remodels efficiently—kitchen to bath, framing to finish.

We're hiring skilled remodelers who can do a bit of everything—demo, drywall, tile, framing, flooring, painting, and ideally some plumbing or electrical. You'll work with a small team, led by an experienced remodeler who oversees all jobsite activity.

What You’ll Do:

👉Complete full interior renovations from demo to finish

👉Perform framing, drywall, flooring, trim, cabinets, tile, doors/windows, etc.

👉Assist with rough plumbing and electrical if qualified

👉Work directly with the team leader to meet project timelines

👉Keep job sites clean, organized, and on schedule

👉Work on both in-house flips and client remodeling projects

What We’re Looking For:

✔️3+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience

✔️Ability to work across multiple trades (not just one specialty)

✔️Experience with tools and materials for rough and finish work

✔️Strong work ethic, clean workmanship, and team player mindset

✔️Independent, responsible, and able to work without constant supervision

✔️Must have a reliable car and be able to travel to job sites across the Pittsburgh area

Bonus Points If You:

☑️ Have experience with electrical or plumbing rough-ins

☑️ Can read basic plans and follow scopes without micromanagement

☑️ Want to grow with a fast-moving company that flips and renovates homes
