We are Restoration Insurance Billing Source, a 3rd party estimating and billing company for insurance restoration contractors.

As a result of of the COVID-19 virus many businesses will be forced to run shorthanded. It’s unfortunate that this virus is spreading quickly and that many people will be facing health issues or possible quarantine. At the same time we will all face everyday changes and interruptions to our "normal" daily lives and the same goes for business. Most companies are not going to be able to afford to shut down even for short periods of time whether they are properly staffed or not.

Our company employees all work from their homes and have limited access to the outside world so to speak. What this means is that we will not be shutting down for any reason. Since we act as the back office for many restoration contractors, they are not going to be limited to doing business if they lose office personnel. We offer this service to all our contractors and any new contractors whether it be a permanent solution or a temporary solution during these trying times. Our contracts are structured so that if should you no longer need our services you may cancel with a 5-day notice
