These past few days have been all about celebrating what's next for AlarMax. Our Grand Opening Celebrations honored two major milestones in our long-term growth strategy: the new APEX Innovation Lab and the new National Fulfillment Center.

As Chairman Bill Teitelbaum put it, these projects represent much more than new facilities. They represent our continued investment in the future of AlarMax and the people who drive it forward: our employees, our customers, and our vendor partners. Today's customers expect more than product availability. They expect expertise, education, and trusted partners who can help them build complete solutions, and that is exactly what these investments are designed to deliver.

The turnout proved it. Customers, employees, and vendor partners came together for tours, live demos from 30 vendors, hands-on technical training, great food, prizes, and time with the AlarMax team. The APEX Innovation Lab now gives our community a space to learn and collaborate year round, while the National Fulfillment Center strengthens our ability to deliver faster, more reliable service nationwide.

This is what it looks like when a company invests in its people. Thank you to everyone who showed up and to our incredible vendor partners for going with us. We are just getting started.

We are pleased to announce Mike Egeland as AlarMax's new Branch Manager in Columbus, Ohio.

In this role, Mike will lead our Columbus branch, driving operational excellence and continued revenue growth while building the kind of high-performing team and lasting customer relationships our partners have come to expect from AlarMax.

Mike brings more than 25 years of industry experience, including over eight years in branch management. A four-time Business Excellence Award winner (2022–2025), he has consistently delivered year-over-year sales growth at every location he's led, including a startup branch he took to profitability within its first year.
