ALERT Northsiders! We've joined the Ridwell Ridwell community and you'll now see the recycling bags in the shop. Ridwell takes plastics the city will not and sends them to companies that reuse our trash to make new products. Bring in your bottle caps, multi-plastic food bags, ziplocs, and even prescription drug bottles. We'll help give them a new home and a new life!

Clean, easy haircare! Our shampoo and conditioner bars from simplbars are plant based, non-toxic, and designed to work with your particular hair type. We're not just refills! We also love and celebrate artisans, their craft, and the beauty it brings to our homes. We have a number of woven baskets and brushes in the shop right now that would love a new home, from as far as Zimbabwe Mbare Home + Gift from Africa to as near as Pittsburgh Husk Brooms. These handmade works of art are as beautiful as they are useful! Stop in the shop, we're here til 6pm and back tomorrow 11am.

Clean brands that are committed to sustainability are few and far between when it comes to dental care. That's why we love David's products Davids Premium Oral Care. Naturally sourced ingredients, made in USA, no artificial anything, no animal testing and even sustainable packaging (recyclable metal tubes and glass bottles). What's there not to love?!?! Pair it with some charcoal dental floss, a bamboo toothbrush, and even a jar for a clean sink area.

I just love new soaps and am thrilled to have locally made beef tallow and olive oil soaps from Lenakot. This one is beef tallow with coconut oil, castor oil, turmeric, kaolin clay, plus lemongrass and orange essential oils. Deep hydration, gentle non-toxic cleansing. As our maker says it "smells like an orange cream soda," and it's divine!
