Spring 2025 Update!
For clients who have heard from me, thank you for another full spring calendar, and quick responses during this transition. For those of you who did not, allow me to explain.
Garden Hose has always been a 10 year plan...and we're going into year 6. Many of you know my habit of traveling to Costa Rica in the winter months, and you've seen me extend my trip longer and longer each year. In doing such, I've fallen in love with and the role that I serve within the organization. (Yeah, you know me...always asking for $$$) As my role has deepened, and with the purchase of a fixer upper tiny house bus there, I'm working diligently to move my world more permanently south.
Unfortunately, that means a shift in priorities, schedules, business practices, and a whole lot more. In order to dedicate more time to my beloved turtles, I will be shortening my season here in Pittsburgh. It also means a change in business strategy (read:costs & overhead) and I will be working the season alone. Clearly I cannot possibly handle the schedule I've had in past years, and I had to make hard decisions on who I wouldn't be able to service this season. Believe me, it was absolutely not an easy thing to do.
I am eternally grateful for the business you all have entrusted me with at your homes over the past 5 years, and I truly hope to remain friends with many of you as my life fully transitions south. Yes, I'm happy to play tour guide in Costa Rica! Thank you for your support and kindness as my business grew and thru the tragedy of the fire last year. I'm so glad I met you all.
It's not over yet though...big plans for 2025!!!
