A little calendar/booking update … 🤍
Our calendar is fully booked through the end of October, with the exception of just a couple of weekends in October that are still available.
As we head into fall and the holiday season, I wanted to give everyone a heads-up about what bookings will look like for the remainder of 2026.
If you know our family, you know our three kids are very, very involved in hockey + soccer, as well as my husband coaching hockey — so fall/winter means a lot of traveling for us. We’re out of state many weekends, and more often than not, all three kids have sports happening on the same weekend (thank God I own a coffee business to supply my needs!) My kids are my world, and I want to be there for every win, every loss, every tournament, and all the little moments in between — because these seasons of watching them do what they love won’t last forever.
Since we don’t have their complete schedules yet, I’m being very careful about booking weekends in October, November & December until I know exactly where we need to be. Thank you to those who have been patient and understanding while waiting to hear back about the weekend you’ve inquired about.
That being said, I am currently booking through the end of December! If you’re hoping to have White Barn at your fall event, Christmas party, corporate event, or business location - please reach out! Once our sports schedules are finalized, I’ll open the weekends we’re able to accommodate — but availability will be limited.
After December, White Barn will most likely be taking January + February off due to the winter weather before we kick things back off in March (weather permitting). I already do have events booked for Spring, so please reach out if you have something coming up!
