✨ 3 tiny details that can change the way a home feels.

Sometimes it's not the big furniture or the perfect paint color that makes the difference.

As we move toward fall, it can be tempting to bring out ALL the seasonal décor...but when your home is on the market, a little restraint goes a long way.

You can create that cozy fall feeling without filling every room with pumpkins and seasonal signs.

Think warm textures, soft lighting, natural elements, layered neutrals and just a subtle nod to the season.
