***WARNING***

Recently we did a job where I had a lot of email correspondence with our customer discussing entry to the property and payment details. The job was completed yesterday and payment was made. My customer received an email from my account early this morning with our attached thread telling him we were having a problem depositing the check, it has been voided and could he please send payment via Zelle to a
REGINA DANNUNZIO @gmail.com.

Thank goodness my customer felt uneasy about this, as it was contradictory to our prior conversations, and called me. The scariest part is this email came from my email address and had our entire conversation, so it looked completely legit. I just wanted to make it known that if anyone ever receives an email from me asking for Venmo or Zelle payments or Deposits or anything else that doesn't make sense please call me immediately. I never take deposits (Unless it is a pretty sizeable job) and I will never ask anyone for payment via Apps.

Just wanted to make you all aware in case you have received anything like this from me or anywhere else with your personal/business matters.

Sad and scary that this even has to be said. ☹️

10 Years ago today I was doubting that I could ever carry on your legacy alone.

It seemed impossible.

I realized quickly that I was far from alone.

Alongside with our amazing Employees, our loyal Customers, our helpful Reps, our Friends, Families and every bit of morals and knowledge that you so deeply ingrained in us all…
Made it pretty darn seamless.

We strive hard to uphold to everything you stood for and so strongly believed in and I hope we are doing just that.

We miss you dearly (especially your ability to fix just about anything over the phone, 😂)
and we hope to carry out the next decade just the same.

Some Summer Service Call Saving A/C Tips…

If your air doesn’t feel as cool or if it isn’t coming on at all.

Make sure you filters are clean.

Remove any surrounding debris and Hose off your outside condenser.
Especially if it is caked with grass or dirt.

Check your Thermostat. If it’s blank chances are it just needs the batteries replaced.

Check your circuit breakers.
Make sure your thermostat is turned to off. Flip your AC breaker back and forth.
Turn your thermostat back to cool and set desired temp.

Make sure all of your vents in the basement are closed. (If you have a second floor) close a few vents on the first floor to push some air to the upstairs.

If you see ice inside or outside or if after trying these things it still isn’t working…
Turn the thermostat to off and call us!
