Current job. House caught fire. Code/Inspector required kitchen, bedroom and bathroom be completely open for inspection of framing. Unfortunately these old house, when you open em there is alot of problems. I love a challenge, being a rental property, owners want the bear minimum, but in these circumstances, you also have to abide by the engineer.
