This was a fun little banger. Next year I’ll clean up her old sidewalk and do a few finishing touches. I had a hard time figuring out how to pitch the sidewalk but I came up with a really cool little ramp system that’s subtle. You wouldn’t notice it but it allows the water to drain 3 different ways to prevent pooling and puddling.

Posting the two projects I’ve been working on the past week. One is a sidewalk that was placed on dirt so it was all uneven. Customer wanted to save money by reusing her pavers. So we added a solid base, and I was able to convince her to let me use some border pieces. The end result came out sooo clean and classy against her house! The second project was a patio extension to help them have more space.

Ripped out a HUGE stone landscape bed and added sod. Edged their current landscape beds with the Avignon edging from techo bloc. And added a super cute stepping stone pea gravel sidewalk with the maya stepping stones and the same Avignon edging.

I worked along side the customer for a month to make this design. We went back and forth with many drafts until they got what they wanted. They were very involved with the plant choices and placement, as I provided them options, recommendations and design photos.
