Ever wonder why your vanilla beans dried out or went moldy? Almost always, it's a storage issue.
The biggest mistakes: refrigerating them (condensation causes mold), storing in plastic (traps moisture and degrades the beans), or leaving them exposed to air β which drains the essential oils that create aroma and flavor. The fix is simple: a glass jar or vacuum-sealed pouch, in a cool, dark, dry pantry at room temperature (60β75Β°F).
We'll post a link to the full storage guide in the comments π
