Lucky Charm Sugar Cookies

1 lb. salted butter
396g granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 TB vanilla
1/4 cup agave syrup
1 tsp salt
1 TB. cornstarch
3 cups processed Lucky Charms cereal, plus 2 cups unprocessed
1 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows (nuts.com)
2 lb all-purpose flour

Directions: preheat oven to 350. Combine cold butter and sugar in mixer and mix for 3 minutes. Add eggs, vanilla, agave, salt and cornstarch, scraping sides of bowl to incorporate well. Add processed cereal. Slowly add flour (just until sides don’t stick. You may need less than recipe says) Once dough is combined, mix in unprocessed cereal and marshmallows. Roll dough and freeze for 10 minutes. Cut into shapes and bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes, depending on the size, rotating half way through baking. Enjoy!
