This one was special 💕 Our client's late wife found some stained glass, stored it safely away, and envisioned it being the focal point and inspiration for a future bathroom remodel. We helped her husband bring this vision to life in her honor. 🙏

Kudos to our designer who chose tile and accents that not only modernize the space, but still keep that 'earthy' integrity which coordinates perfectly alongside the stained glass!

Home remodeling is booming!!

“79% of homeowners surveyed by say they’re now considering major home remodeling and design projects after spending more time at their home during the pandemic.”

If you are considering a home renovation in the near future, we cannot stress enough to START PLANNING NOW. Here’s why:

▪️QUALITY WORKMANSHIP
Most licensed and reputable contractors are busy on a regular basis and unable to start your project right away (many have a project pipeline of at least 6-12 months out).

▪️QUALITY MATERIALS & DELAYS
The pandemic is causing a surge in remodels, but also some disruption to the supply-chain (some materials are taking longer than before to be manufactured or delivered; even home improvement retailers are working hard to keep inventory on the shelves).

▪️DON’T RUSH DECISIONS
For most, your home is and will be, your biggest investment. You can be ‘living with’ (literally) these decisions for the next 10-20 years. The more time you give yourself, the better. With ample planning, you may get some new inspiration that could change your mind or spark new ideas in the process.

▪️DON’T RUSH THE PROCESS, ENJOY IT!
A home renovation project is not as easy as it looks on television; it’s more effort than any 30-60 minute episode will show. Rushing can turn your project into a stressful undertaking rather than a fun and exciting transformation.

One of our biggest priorities is easing the pain associated with a home remodel. A common concern is around keeping your home as clean as possible and controlling dust during your renovation project. Our goal is to keep your home as livable as possible from beginning to end. The preparation and process is just as important as the finished results. Here are some of the ways we do this:
-Protecting all floors and walkways
-Containing the workspace using a Zipwall system (this allows us to create a dust tight seal from floor to ceiling without using tape)
-Utilizing dust collectors and vacuums
-DAILY cleanup

Our clients always compliment on how clean and contained the workspace is!
