Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: Starting at $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pool Service Technician
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Pool Service Technician to join our team. This position involves servicing residential and/or commercial swimming pools, maintaining proper water chemistry, and performing basic equipment repairs.
Responsibilities:
~Perform routine pool cleanings, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and emptying baskets
~Test and balance water chemistry using appropriate chemicals
~Safely handle, store, and transport pool chemicals
~Diagnose and report equipment issues
~Perform minor plumbing repairs (leaks, fittings, valves, etc.)
~Inspect and maintain pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators)
~Provide excellent customer service and clearly communicate service findings with clients
~Maintain accurate service records and reports
~Requirements
~Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
~Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
~Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
~Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
~Basic knowledge of pool systems and water chemistry (or willingness to learn)
~Experience with minor plumbing repairs preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
~Prior pool service experience
~Knowledge of pool equipment troubleshooting
