June has plenty of planting power 🌱 These are a few easy options that do well in warm soil:
🥒 Beans, basil, scallions, squash, peppers, and melons love warm weather.
🌻 Zinnias, cosmos, marigolds, and sunflowers are great for quick summer color.
🍠 Sweet potatoes can still work well if you have a long warm season and warm soil.
My tip: anything planted in June needs steady watering at first. Hot days can dry out new seedlings fast.
