We finished the siding job over the winter and had to wait until the ground thawed out to get the decks going.
We had to do a complete reinforcement system on the back porch to level it out.

Just a little face lift on the front porch in Canterbury Ct. We did the main deck last year and the customer wanted to get matching front steps with reliable railings, but keep the stone facing.
Voila! Done and Done!!

Pictures can't do justice to how good this house looks from before we started!!!
I have to admit, I'm a little biased being this is my favorite color of siding.
The homeowners did a lot of work on the house and we were honored to be able to get the outside all buttoned up for them!!

Another deck done just in the nick of time!! Spring is here!!
East Lyme.
22'x12'
New composite decking and railings. All new posts with pvc sleeves and bottom and top caps.
White pvc boards wrapping the outer framing.
Hidden fasteners on the deck boards so there are no holes visible on the entire deck.

The complete project including labor materials and taxes, LESS than $10,000!!!
